Maclock Series 2R fence brackets are used for the fixing of square rails to the face of round posts. Checking and morticing of the post is eliminated as the rails are carried by the brackets. Splitting of timber rails, particularly at rail joints, is a thing of the past. Rails fixed in this way provide a stronger, neater finish.
